Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your supplement must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with all safety seals intact. We cannot accept returns for opened or tampered products due to health and safety regulations. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@divinuslab.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
